About me

I am Kai-Michael von Hunnius — physiotherapist, chiropractor, health coach and author of the Longevity book series. For more than two decades, I have been helping people understand their bodies, overcome pain and rebuild a strong, healthy foundation for everyday life. Health has always been more to me than the absence of symptoms. It is a process, a mindset and the basis for a good, self-determined life.

Over the years, it became increasingly clear to me how profoundly our modern lifestyle shapes our health. Stress, poor sleep, digital overstimulation, unhealthy nutrition, lack of movement — sooner or later, all of it shows up in the body. I experienced this myself. When I turned 50, I realised how much my own daily habits had shaped me: small complaints, signals from the body you ignore for too long, and the deeper question of how I want to age. This moment of personal reflection became the starting point for my deeper exploration of longevity — the science of healthy aging.

I began diving into topics that had fascinated me for years: metabolism, the nervous system, muscle physiology, hormones, sleep biology, stress science and the question of why some people age powerfully — and others don’t. What I discovered is that healthy aging is not something mysterious. It follows clear biological principles. And it does not begin with drastic changes, but with small, consistent impulses in daily life.

From this understanding, the book series “Longevity – The 6 Pillars” was born. I wanted to create a system that is easy to understand and meets people where they are: in the middle of life, between family, work, appointments and responsibility. Compact, scientifically accurate, but always connected to real life. Not theoretical, but practical. Not lecturing, but inviting.

In my practice in Port d’Andratx on Mallorca, I combine classical therapy with modern longevity work. I take time, I listen, I analyse with precision, and I work with people in a way that helps them understand what is happening inside their bodies — and how they can influence their health in the long term. My goal is not only to relieve pain, but to strengthen structures, restore mobility, calm the nervous system and guide people toward a healthier future. For me, therapy is less a technique and more a shared journey toward stability, energy and quality of life.

Privately, I am a family man, husband and father of two daughters. Living in Mallorca has shown me how valuable a supportive environment is for health: more sun, more nature, more calm, more space for focus and clarity. Here, not only my practice was created, but also the vision of a brand that connects medicine, lifestyle and real, lived knowledge about health.

I firmly believe that everyone has the ability to age healthily — with clarity, strength and inner calm. All it takes is the right knowledge and a few changes in the areas that truly make a difference. This is exactly where I want to support people. Not with quick fixes, but with a deep understanding of how the body works and how to give it what it truly needs.
